There are lots of things that happen in a school classroom. Today we have a focus on P3/4/5. They were learning about volume and measurement in Maths. Then they had time outside for literacy. They were writing words using the phoneme ‘gn’ with chalk outside. It made our playground and building very colourful! Mrs Main supported a reading group in our cosy tipi.

We have never entered the competition before so to come 2nd is a huge achievement. Well done to everyone for their hard work and especially a big thank you to Mrs Baker who without her we wouldn’t have been able to do this!
Please read our parent survey results Feedback June 2015 Thank you to everyone who took part, there were 32 responses altogether and mostly all positive.

We had a visit from Zoolab this week. There were many rainforest animals and we thought it would be a good opportunity to invite our new P1 children and Mums. I think Mums were a bit scared of all the creepy crawlies. The current P1/2 children are learning about biodiversity and in the garden so they had lots of facts!
Today was our first day at forest school! We went with Mrs Sutherland and Mrs Main into the Banchory-Devenick woods behind our school.
